We are currently recruitment for a Public Sector client in Warrington who are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager on a permanent role. This is a permanent position with a salary range of £37,570 - £43,772 on offer.
The Senior Procurement Manager will be responsible for supporting the Deputy Head of Procurement in the planning, organisation, management and delivery of the procurement service so that the department provides an efficient, effective and responsive service maximising best value for money whilst complying with relevant legislation.
Candidates applying MUST HAVE the following experience:
- Ideally MCIPS qualified or equivalent relevant experience
- 3 years’ experience working in a Procurement and/or Category Management role in the UK Public Sector
- Strong experience and/or understanding of OJEU and PCR regulations
