Job Purpose:

Due to continued growth we are looking for a Recruitment Administrator based in Manchester to support Apsiz Services and our clients with ongoing requirements.

Key Tasks:

This role will expose you to a variety of requirements in Procurement, Supply Chain, Project, Programme and Bid Management where you will work on supporting Apsiz and our clients on Consultancy Projects, Interim / Permanent vacancies and ad-hoc Bid Management support.

You will be responsible for supporting:

·       CV Formatting – formatting applicant CV’s for client consideration

·       Job Board Management – creating and posting job adverts

·       Social Media – maintaining and growing Apsiz Services social media presence

·       ATS Maintenance – ensuring the Applicant Tracking System is kept up to date and accurate

·       Candidate Referencing – Sending out and chasing up candidate references

·       Candidate Onboarding – supporting with the onboarding of successful candidates to Apsiz clients

·       General Recruitment Administration – making sure all recruitment forms are kept up to date

·       Business Development – generating new leads / business for the company via direct engagement


Candidate Requirements:

·       Ideal background in either Recruitment, Business Development or Procurement

·       Experience with formatting CVs and other recruitment documentation

·       Experience of working in a fast-paced environment

·       Self-motivated and eager to succeed and grow in a role

·       Flexible and adaptable approach to working

·       Trustworthy and outgoing personality

·       Experience with using and updating a CRM / ATS / database

·       Great attention to detail

·       Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
