Our valuable client is looking for a Partnership Manager as it experiences rapid growth to identify and progress new business leads in an efficient and professional manner.

This is a field based new business role, with an opportunity to grow with the business. Co-ordinated from their London office, the sales role will cover the South of England, with a focus on South West/Wales.

The main purpose of this role is;

  • Be the first point of contact for sales leads and progressing strategic opportunities to close.
  • Generating new sales leads and following through to conversion
  • Attendance at events
  • Sales CRM management

The Partnership Manager will work within the sales & management team to identify and develop new sales opportunities, progress through to conversion and contribute towards the on-going effectiveness of the CRM.

The Partnership Manager will identify Sales Leads within their territory and follow up on incoming sales leads from all channels within the assigned territory. The role holder will be the primary point of contact throughout the sales process and, once converted, ensure the first project is assigned to the Client Services Team. The role will require a sound understanding of their service offering, and sales objections and work with Partnership Managers and the Head of Client Acquisition to ensure the highest level of conversion is achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the end to end onboarding of strategic prospective buying authorities
  • Generation of new strategic sales leads within assigned territory
  • Ensure an in-depth understanding of the clients current and future needs
  • Provide professional knowledge and expertise to guide new Buyers through the onboarding process
  • Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are fully informed on all aspects relating to a new Buyer
  • Update of CRM system as appropriate
  • Contribute to maintenance of sales dashboards to report on sales performance
  • Facilitate conversations within sales and across departments to leverage things we do well and remove things we do not do well throughout the sales onboarding process
  • Attendance at sales and marketing events
