We are currently supporting a niche Procurement Consultancy who are looking for an Interim Global Lead Auditor for a 12 month contract (plus potential extension). This role will be based in the UK but will cover travel throughout the EU. This opportunity is OUTSIDE IR35 with a maximum Day Rate of £635 on offer.
The successful candidate will be required to lead a team of regional telecommunication auditors to audit telecom contracts, invoices, and infrastructure contents, for rates, contractual terms, and discounts. This role will lead negotiations with telecom vendors to ensure successful claim resolution and subsequent receipt of credits and rate reductions. This will be a client facing position and will require occasional travel throughout the EU. Also, this role will support training and mentoring of newer audit team members.
Candidates applying MUST HAVE the following experience:
- 10 years’ experience in Network Infrastructure Services audit and validation along with strong knowledge of both technical and business operations
- Experience of working with telecommunication vendors would be ideal
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and organisational skills
- Customer Management experience
- Understand and use Project Management tools and methodologies
- Ability to travel throughout the EU (approx. 25% of the role)
- Ability to speak French and/or Spanish would be beneficial
