We are currently recruiting for a Public Sector client who are looking for 3 experienced MOD or Central Government Interim Commercial Managers. These opportunities are a 1 year contract that are INSIDE IR35 with a maximum day rate of £500 on offer. The location of these roles can be based in either Hampshire, Salisbury or Sevenoaks (Kent). Candidates applying must hold or be willing to undergo SC Clearance in order to be successful.
The successful candidate will be required to provide procurement expertise to develop effective contractual relationships with external suppliers and take responsibility for task/management of workflows within the team. The successful candidate will provide procurement and commercial support ensuring contracts and suppliers meet internal requirements for operational and contractual delivery.
Candidates applying MUST HAVE the following experience:
- MCIPS qualified or equivalent experience/qualifications
- Experience of working with the MOD or in Central Government
- Experience of running end to end procurements in line OJEU/PCR
- Placing MOD or Public Sector contracts
- Strong Contract and Stakeholder Management experience and skills
