We have a Public Sector client based in Central London looking for 5 x Interim Change Managers on a 6 month contract. This role is INSIDE IR35 on a maximum day rate of £450.
Key Tasks & Deliverables:
- Identifying Change Management requirements.
- Production of policy, processes, procedures, working practices and supporting guidance to promote effective.
- Change Management from concept to execution and review.
- Planning, managing and monitoring the implementation of changes, including impact assessment, resource analysis, conflict resolution and contingency planning.
- The successful candidate will be an Expert in Change Management concepts and practices.
- Capable in methods and techniques for risk management, business impact analysis, counter-measures and contingency arrangements, particularly relating to the serious disruption of business services.
Experience Required:
- Experience in delivering large scale workforce development and change programmes
- Practical change model experience e.g. Lewin, Kotter
- Experience in delivering leadership development programmes
- Experience in delivering workforce development programmes in customer service / technology operations
- Experience in aligning to and / or developing competency frameworks
- Experience in Change Management (ideally Public Sector – NHS preference)
