Do you have experience of working with and/or implementing eCommerce/eProcurement platforms such as BravoSolution, Due North or Ariba and are based in the North East? We are currently working with a Private Sector client who are on the look for an experienced eProcurement Implementation Manager for a permanent role in Newcastle with a salary of up to £60,000 on offer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the design, development, implementation and maintenance of systems and reporting in support of operations.

Key Tasks & Deliverables:

  • Manage the ongoing design and development of the sourcing solution
  • Ensure the solution supports best practice procurement practice and appropriate financial controls within operations
  • Manage the design and development of standardised reporting to support operations, customers and suppliers
  • Develop and implement routine extract, transform and load processes to align with reporting drumbeat
  • Continually improve the data driven insight into business operations and alignment with the strategic direction of the business
  • Support the design of eCommerce/eProcurement architecture to support business operations
  • Manage the change in process and support users through the implementation of new eCommerce/eProcurement systems
  • Manage user engagement to improve customer satisfaction with eCommerce and reporting

Experience Required:

  • You will have an understanding of data, and from analysing the data be able to advise and make informed decisions that will have a positive impact
  • Supported or led the implementation of an eCommerce/eProcurement system in a large/complex organisation and potentially cross-countries
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an eCommerce/eProcurement role
  • Hands on delivery in the implementation and management of an eCommerce/eProcurement system
  • Spend Analytics experience with running activities which include; ability to build events and spend cubes
  • eCommerce/eProcurement experience: BravoSolution / Jagger or Due North, Ariba
  • Experience in a similar role around eCommerce/eProcurement, Analyst or Data Scientist.
  • ICT/Data Qualification or equivalent experience
